Traditional Wear
In India, there a different type and no.of traditions in clothing it is based upon the people and their native cultures. According to their occasions like festivals and family functions, they choose traditional wear from children to big aged people. In India totally 29 states are there and every state has their Unique wear of clothing. Not only state according to their religion also they wear traditional clothes. And let’s see some states how they had own kind of styling and clothing in tradition.

Assam
Assam
Assam is very rich in culture and traditions. And they celebrate festivals more. And it is a fusion of Indo Burmese, Mongolian and Aryan origin.
The Assamese doll up very simple dresses, and mostly hand loomed.
The Traditional wear of women is motif-rich Mekhela Chador or Riha- Mekhela.
The traditional wear for men is 'Suria' or 'dhoti', and over it, they drape a chadar known as 'Selena'.

AndhraPradesh
The AP(AndhraPradesh) is known for its rich heritage and culture. And it also famous for a tourist place.
The traditional wear of AP is not much different from other southern states of the country.
Men
In AndhraPradesh men wear generally dhoti and kurta.
Dhoti
A dhoti is a large piece of cloth that is wrapped around the waist and is tucked from between the legs. The length of the dhoti worn is according to one's preference means based upon their heights. The dhoti can be either mark up to knee length or ankle length. And they will celebrate the Dhoti function for teenagers.
Kurta
Kurta is the top worn by the men. They are usually made up of cotton. The length of the sleeve is full length or half.
Shirt
Even though Kurta is traditional to wear, men have also started wearing shirts and T-shirts instead of Kurta.
Lungi
Men in Andhra Pradesh also were Lungis. Lungis are a piece of silk or cotton cloth simply wrapped around the waist. Muslim men wear pajamas instead of dhoti and kurta with a Fez Cap.
Women
Saree
The saree is a long length of cloth (usually 5½ meters or 6 yards long) that is wrapped around a woman's lower body, And wear blouses to cover their upper body.
And there a different type of sarees are famous like Ikkat,kanchipuram silk,darmavaram pattu,mangalgiri cotton, kalamkari and soon.
Langa Voni
Langa Voni is a two-piece or a half saree worn by girls in south India. It consists of a piece of skirt and blouse and a dupatta. Girls wear Langa Voni before they get married.
